MapGenAI provides AI-powered map illustration generation. You are responsible for any content you upload and must ensure you have the rights to use such content.

Prohibited Content:

You strictly agree NOT to use the service to create, upload, or share any content that:

• Is sexually explicit or pornographic (NSFW).
• Creates deceptive "deepfakes" or non-consensual sexual imagery.
• Contains extreme violence, gore, or promotes illegal activities.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is intended to harass, threaten, or defame individuals.

We reserve the right to monitor content and terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without refund.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account.

4. Payments and Credits

Payments are processed via Paddle. Credits purchased are non-transferable and subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of MapGenAI and its licensors. You retain ownership of the specific AI generations created through your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MapGenAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
