GenMapAI provides AI-powered map illustration generation. You are responsible for any content you upload or prompts you provide, ensuring you have the rights to use such data.

We reserve the right to monitor content and terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without refund.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities or actions occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Payments for Credits are securely processed via our payment provider, Stripe. Credits purchased are non-transferable.
At GenMapAI, we want our users to have a great experience. Since our service provides digital credits that are consumed to fund expensive GPU resources upon use, refunds are strictly governed by the following rules:

Exceptions (Non-Refundable):
We absolutely cannot offer refunds for credits that have already been used to generate map illustrations, regardless of the aesthetic outcome, as the computational resources have already been consumed. We also cannot offer partial refunds for partially used credit packs.
How to Request a Refund:
Contact us at support@genmapai.com with your order details, account email, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed via Stripe back to the original payment method.
The Service, its original content, underlying software, and design are the exclusive property of GenMapAI and its licensors. However, you retain full ownership and commercial rights to the specific AI generations created through your account, provided they do not violate our Content Restrictions.
By using the Service, you grant GenMapAI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your Generations solely for the purpose of operating the Service and delivering the results to your dashboard.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. GenMapAI expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, be error-free, or be available at any particular time or location.
In no event shall GenMapAI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any third-party conduct or content on the Service; or (iii) downtime or failure of our AI infrastructure providers.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GenMapAI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party copyright by content you provide.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
