At MapGenAI (genmapai.com), we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for credit purchases.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Since our service provides digital credits that are consumed upon use, refunds are generally only available if:

  • The credits have not been used yet (within 14 days of purchase).
  • There was a technical failure in the generation process that resulted in a loss of credits without providing a result.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@genmapai.com with your order details and the reason for the request. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.

4. Exceptions

We cannot offer refunds for credits that have already been successfully used to generate map illustrations, as the computational resources have already been consumed.

5. Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed via Paddle back to the original payment method used during purchase.
